How Amendments are created!

Due to some recent posting by friends on Facebook, I was inspired to create this episode of the podcast. It seems to me that many people have forgotten how the Constitution can be changed, and how difficult it really is. I try to explain the 2 ways that an Amendment can be created. Enjoy!!
